Hello Terri, you advised not to worry about HSV1 after multiple breast exposures and kissing from Massuse as my western blot is negative from UoW.
I am married to my wife for a while and wife and I never had history of sores and neither my parents nor her parents do.
Last year I started noticing red bumps sporadically popping up on my face and they stay for 3-5 days and they leave and when one leave the other one pops in few days to week. I saw two Red bumps appear in my face in less than ten days which are hard to pop. They seem to have liquid in them but can’t really pop them. They pain very slightly and When touched but don’t resemble like a typical herpes bumps no opening and blistering.
I noticed a few on my back and one popped up on my shoulder. Not right next but separates by 1 inch or so. The bumps r red and have some fluid filled in the middle but can’t popped them as they r hard.
1. Would you advise in swabbing them? This one on my face now showed up 3 days ago and still

Pimples stay on face? so should

2. I am getting obsessive checking my face and body for pimples and googling them but they no way look like typical bumps of herpes. Can u pls advise? How would these bumps usually look like?
3. Google does not give me atypical bumps U see with herpes. Can u provide a link where I can see these atypical bumps?

No need to swab, sounds very much like a pimple to me – they might stay 4- 5 days

herpes lesions do not normally show up on the face – they show up on the edge of the lip or in the nares and look like grouped water blisters

I cannot give you a specific site, no
Terri
