I believe I recently contacted HSV, although my blood work came back negative, I still have all the symptoms except open blisters, so I’ve never had anything to swab.
My question is can I still pass it to my partners mouth if he already has it on his genitals?
Follow up question, did the antivirals cause a negative test when exposure has been within 42 days?
No, the antivirals would not cause a false negative UNLESS they were taken for the 42 days since exposure.
Without sores, exactly what symptoms do you have?
Terri
