How do you know that you were exposed? Did you receive oral sex from someone with a cold sore?
Without blisters or sores, I would be really surprised if the white cells in your urine would be due to herpes and herpes does not cause protein in your urine – I suspect this is an incidental finding. Herpes would not cause any symptoms of our hands, only the genital area. We like a final antibody test, IgG only, at 12 weeks out.Herpes has nothing to do with your weight

Well I didn’t notice any cold sores are blisters but after getting oral like tw8 days later my penis started burning and it was looking infected with no discharge went to the doctor said i had white blood cells in urine and protein but a week later the person that gave me oral test positive for hsv1 1.34 and hsv2 20.54 so that’s why I think I was exposed I been having symptoms for about 3 months bottom of feet burning hand itchy and skin peeling on finger tips and part on my genital tingly and burning limbs are weak and runny nose

Do you think I could have gotten hsv from this encounter and I test negative at 8 months for herpes

If you had gotten herpes at the encounter, your symptoms would be genital only – they would not be peeling fingertips and most likely not foot symptoms. If you received oral sex only, her HSV 2 scores would have nothing to do with that experience and her HSV 1 is a low positive and could even be a false positive. When you say your penis was looking infected, what do you mean? Were you treated for the white cells in your urine?

Yes I was treated for white blood cells twice since the encounter and I been experiencing burning with urinate on and off and urethra pain and irritation and certain parts of my body been aching for about 2 months and also I have like lil small circles of skin peeling on my palms but I never had a blister and also I tested negative for hsv1 and 2 at 2 months and also test negative for hiv at 2 months and every other std so I’m really trying to figure out what’s going on with me

Given your negative testing and lack of genital herpes symptoms, I think infection is very unlikely. However, the IgG test for HSV one misses 70% of infections compared to the gold standard herpes Western blot. So I am less certain about that one and more certain about HSV-2
