Hi Terri —
I was making out with a guy and noticed he had a small pimple on the shaft of his penis. The pimple was small and appeared flesh colored or a red / brown when the penis was not erect. We did not do anything afterwards but he is hesitant to get tested. Could this be herpes? Is herpes typically a distinctive color and / or shape? Are there ways to rule it out besides the blood test?

I believe that we may have talked about this extensively and I told you that I just couldn’t be clear what this might be.
