Hi Terri,
I just sent you an email. Again my profile should be the one corresponding to the appointment at 3:40pm on June 5th. Not sure what else I can provide on this forum for privacy reasons. I’ll have my laptop on me so we can fit in a conference on short notice if your schedule permits. Voice call is fine for me too.

I assume that we had our teleconference today? I’m not certain because I had two patients that did not show up for their appointment
