What are my odds? Barely got the head in before we stopped.

-testicular ache 2 days after exposure that was off and on mild
-first noticed rash in thigh crease between scrotum. difficult to tell where the rash started but noticed it on that crease. It’s currently on my glans, part of my upper shaft, scrotum and crease. Rash looks like it has borders and has some skin flaking (there’s flaking on my glans too but there’s a small circular spot that doesn’t look flaky)
-took awhile but noticed small bumps on my glans. Some look fluid filled, while others look like skin tags. Tried popping some but they wouldn’t pop. They’re soft. They haven’t seemed to change.
-symptoms range from mild aches, sharp stinging pain, mild aching. Itching. These are all somewhat rare and change locations. The testicular ache is still mild and comes and goes.
-it seems like a red rash will be exacerbated and it feels more burning than usual in that spot but only lasts a few seconds. I’ve noticed this kind of thing has happened on my foot.
-a tingling sensation but it only happens where the rash is it. I’ve noticed this tingling sensation where the rash showed up on my foot foot too. Lasts less than a second or two.
-extremely mild leg aches
-back pain that moves around. Lumbar to sacrum areas. Not normal for my usual backache.
-clear, thick discharge from urethra that’s inconsistent. Only happens a few times
-i had penile swelling that lasted a couple days. Sometimes my glans looks swollen
-a sensation that feels like I’m getting goosebumps on my lower extremity. Lasts only a second or two.
-taken acyclovir 1.5-2 weeks before I got tested for 8 days. 400mg 3 times daily.
-I’ve done fungal treatment for 2 weeks
– I’ve always had hsv1. The girl I slept with was negative for hsv1, but positive for hsv2. I was tested 15 days post exposure and was negative for igm. I got tested again 13 weeks post exposure and still negative for hsv2 igg.
-I had unprotected sex with someone that didn’t know they were hsv2+ with active outbreak.

I would like to add that all of these symptoms are still present. With the exception of back pain that has recently started to be worse in the last 2-3 weeks.
-I also had some cuts that looked very similar to fungal infection cuts. Had anal itching. Diarrhea. And feeling like I had to pee a little more than usual in the beginning. I have a weird “cramping” feeling that has been present since the beginning. About a month after exposure, maybe a little longer, the cramping started stinging. It has gotten better. Still feel a very mild cramp feeling when I sit down. I’m currently 14.5 weeks post exposure with all these symptoms still present. Some becoming more mild than others though.

Also feel a vibration feeling sometimes all over my body. It’s the best I can describe it. It moves around too. Not consistent. Very feint too.

Ugh, I feel like so much has happened I keep forgetting some. I have an impacted wisdom tooth that hasn’t been removed yet. Anyways, I’ve been having an off and on MILD MILD sore throat. Not sure if an impacted tooth can cause something like this? I also sometimes get random moments of nausea like I’m going to puke that doesn’t last more than a few seconds. It’s happened 2.. maybe 3 times in the last 14.5 weeks.

I forgot to mention, I had shaved right before she came over and cut myself on my scrotum, right by my shaft.

I’ve also read that discharge in the morning can happen? This seems to be off and on. Recently had one today.
