Worried about getting hsv in these ways

i wanna ask you if you could get hsv in this senario

1 – i was at my friends house and he was eating after he finished he licked his fingers and DID NOT wash his hands
after at least 10 minutes i wanted to go home so i shaked his hand before i go , by mistake he scratch my hand with his fingernails it did not cause any wound so i did not pay attention but what made me worried is while being in car going back home i got wound near the area where he scratch me last time and i started to get thoughts like the virus enetred throw the cut
(it did not bleed but hurt )
so can i get hsv this way

2 – can you get hsv if someone spit on your food while talking

i know this might be stupid questions but i have OCD, and i know that hsv is very common around the world, but where i live its not common like we don’t kiss or have sex before marriage and we don’t kiss our Children, so i was scared of being the only one who have herpes

Definitely, and encourage for those you’re really glad to see.

I hear your concern and do understand but you are very likely overestimating how easy HSV is to transmit to others and from others

If someone with a herpes outbreak used a towel and someone immediately came along and used that towel to wipe their mouth of genital, transmission is possible but very very unlikely.
And no, you would not get infected in that way with your brother and mom.
And no, viruses don’t walk on skin.
