So this is kind of a problem because I have no idea who you are and I don’t want you to tell me.
Clearly something is amiss and I’m so sorry your had trouble. If I or someone in the clinic gave you an appointment confirmation code, then the appointment was made as we do not get a code until the appointment has been finalized. When we make an appointment, usually it takes the lab 2-3 days to get the kit. If you are still concerned and need to speak with the office, someone will be in Monday, but the office is closed for the Thanksgiving weekend. The kit should be there by Monday. If there are other issues, please call the clinic on Monday.
