Your rash sounds nothing like how herpes presents, actually, so my suspicion is that your HSV 1 infection is not newly acquired from the first date.
Vertigo is not a symptom of herpes, no. When you describe a rash below the waist, what kind of rash and where?
If you are both HSV 1 positive, then no, you won’t pass it back and forth, condoms will not be necessary. Each of your immune systems will handle this in it’s own way. Your antibody will not help her, no, she will have her own.
