Whether you have genital infection or not is unclear to me. However, starting antiviral therapy is an error. It can impact the antibody test. How long have you taken it? It looks to me like you already know this. The antivirals would be very unlikely to impact the symptoms you are talking about having but you seem hell bent on taking them. A 0.5 is still negative.
