the chances of contracting herpes from this encounter are zero. Whether you had herpes prior to this event will be revealed by the antibody testing that you had done. The IgM test should not be done and is notorious for false positive results so please ignore that. Also, the red spot that you describe sounds nothing like herpes to me.
