I think the risk of transmission in the way that describe is extremely unlikely. Part of transmission has to do with volume of virus. You have to have a fair amount of virus to transmit it to someone else and the way you describe just doesn’t make sense to me. The bump that you describe also does not sound like herpes in its presentation.
