If you were my patient, I would test you a second time and see which is correct – the latest test or the previous test. Please consider getting a second test. If the first one was in error and this one is confirmed with another test, then you have HSV 1 infection. Where you have it is unknown, though. It could be oral or genital, there is no way to know for certain since you have had no symptoms either orally or genitally. Is that correct? You have had three sexual contacts that are likely reflected in this test result. You could have acquired herpes from any of them. My suggestion is to get yet another test.
