Well I think the bumps on your penis look somewhat like molluscum and I think it might benefit you to get a second opinion. Was the doctor that you saw a dermatologist? Sometimes HPV and molluscum get mixed up. Molluscum are flesh colored and they have a tiny dot in the center that’s indented. If you nick the top of the bump with a needle and it’s molluscum then you can squeeze out a hard white Center. This may be something you don’t want to do but at the minimum I might seek a second opinion.
I can’t see great detail in the pictures that you sent so my opinion may not be correct. I would advise you to see a different provider for another opinion however.
