If you have ever in your life had a cold sore, then you have HSV 1 (most likely) virus in your system as well as antibody. It is extremely unlikely you would then get HSV 1 at a new location on your body (the virus you would most likely get from receiving oral sex). So I think you can take that worry off your plate.
The little skin colored dots may well be something called pearly papules, which are normal in about a third of men. You can look that up and see if it is what you have. It’s hard to know what to make of the little red dots since I can’t see them in this picture. Did your doctor see them when you wen in to see him?
