Thank you so much for your response Terri I really appreciate it!! I’ve been having a freak out since as mentioned I’m currently having an outbreak and going over 3 years without one has just turned my head inside out. Yes, He definitely gets the typical blister like cold sore on the outside edge of his lip. So one partner with hsv1 genital and the other partner with hsv1 oral, the partner with HSV1 oral has an extremely low chance if any of acquiring HSV1 Genital from intercourse with no antivirals or condoms ? I know its almost the same question but you can read ALOT of weird things and opinions on the internet and just making sure we are comfortable to take the next step when the time comes.
