Well, you’ve already tested once with nice low score and the experiences that you describe do not sound risky to me. If you were my patient I would say that you don’t need testing again unless you can’t stop worrying about it in which case it might be helpful.
as for the HSV 1. we don’t know if your infected is oral or genital. Have you received oral sex from many partner in your lifetime? And it is usually unprotected? How old are you?
Remember that 56% of the US population between 14-49 have HSV 1 infection. The majority do not have symptoms of herpes that they can recall, either orally or genitally. Without an outbreak, we can’t know exactly where your infection is.
