They don’t need a code as they are not running the test – all you need from them is to draw a single tube of blood and spin it down. The IgG test you had done may or may not be accurate for HSV 2 since it is such a low positive. I have seen other people fluctuate like this between low positive, negative and equivocal. I don’t believe you are going to get a clear answer doing this IgG over and over.
