Since your genitals were not involved in this encounter, anything happening down there has nothing to do with this encounter whatsoever.
HSV 2 does not like the oral area so getting there from giving a few minutes of oral sex is very low risk – less than 1% as a wild guess.
The IgG test for HSV 2 is pretty darn good – it picks up 92% of infections compared to the gold standard herpes western blot.
Your HSV 1 is positive at a low level and likely does indicate infection although there are also false positives on the HSV 1 test at levels below 3.0.
Taking antiviral medicine can definitely impact the accuracy of the test and if you want the most accurate result, I would advise being off of them when and if you decide to test again. 10 days of acyclovir is not going to impact test results.
