I think you should probably stick to taking professional advice rather than lay people online.
It isn’t my opinion that you would have gotten prostatitis from this sexual encounter, that’s for sure. But the difficulties with urination and discomfort with ejaculation did make me wonder…. If your urologist didn’t think this was the case, then they are the one who did the exam and was there in person to make the diagnosis, not me.

Would I recommend that you test again? No, because there was nothing in the your experience that you described that you put at risk for herpes.
