I can tell you are very frustrated, not knowing what is going on here with your health. It was fine that you got the test for herpes but even if it had been positive, it had nothing to do with the encounter that you had with that woman. The things that you did with her did NOT put you at risk for an STD honestly. After 33 years of diagnosing and treating sexually transmitted infections, I know what puts people at risk and what does not and your experiences did NOT. I do hope you can move on with your life and put this behind you but if you can’t and you continue to have issues, I would recommend that you revisit the urologist to be certain there is nothing going on with the prostate gland.
