Thank you, I really appreciate your response. I am trying to calm myself down and convince myself that I didn’t contract anything. It’s been quite the struggle.

Have you ever come across these “White hollow flat circles” as I’ve described?

Also, I see that “tingling” is a big symptom of HSV. I’m not sure that is what the “contracting/throbbing” sensation is that I’ve felt. Is it correct that tingling with regards to HSV feels like it is on top of the skin?
