I can help you with that, unless you just prefer to fly to Seattle. Where do you live?
The amount of antiviral medication you have taken is not going to impact the western blot. Neither would Doxy or vitamins. And also not fluconazole.
I think there is an excellent chance that you are negative for HSV 2. As we’ve discussed, the location of some of your lesions is not consistent with where we would normally find herpes lesions.
A high HSV 1 can definitely influence the IgG test and there can be some cross reactivity.
