Terri I think you may have misread my post, she came back positive for 1 and 2 on western blot. I came back negative for 1 and 2. We were just shocked because of her low IGG and lack of sex and questionable negative test in 2019. We have stopped having sex and kissing for the last 3 weeks and decided to not see each other. Do I need to get another western blot just to be sure since there was unprotected sex up to the time of my sample to tell future partners or do I assume I am still negative? What do you think the odds are of her result being wrong? Do you think I need to worry about having herpes?
