To better clarify (Thank you for your patience, if I’ve gone over my allotted questions I will happily pay more):
The “flat hollow circle” can better be described as a white ring at the bottom left of the front of the head of my penis. The circumference of the ring (with normal colored skin in the center) is probably the size of a pencil eraser. It never developed a blister or sore. There was also two small white dots that were basically a change in pigmentation that have gone away after a few months. The redness on other areas of my penis subsided after a few days of the antifungal cream.
The throbbing/contracting sensation isn’t located in a specific area of my penis, it almost like shoots down it almost as if it is involuntary clinching if that makes sense. It doesn’t really feel like pins and needles. Does that help rule out tingling?
Another thing I didn’t mention is that a little over a month later after the original event I was at the beach walking around with a netted bathing suit. I developed two small what looked like scabs near the tip of my penis. I really freaked out but eventually realized it was probably just chafing. They went away a little less then a week later. Can herpes show up as just scans without prior bumps or sores?
Finally, I really can’t seem to shake this. I’ve reached out to a therapist and it has really affected me mentally. Does herpes cause all of these symptoms along with constant weird feelings near the penis for months on end without the presence blisters or sores?
