I think if you can’t shake this worry, you might want to invest in the herpes western blot, the best antibody test and gold standard for testing. The scabs worry me a bit but these symptoms are a bit vague and I cannot provide you with 100% reassurance without a blot.
BTW, I am not concerned about the experience in Vegas, I am more concerned about any other sexual experiences that could have infected you with herpes.
