I doubt that you would be at that index value 10 days after a sexual counter, especially when you used a condom.
This could be a false positive and the CDC recommends that you obtain a confirmatory test, like the western blot. Or you could have a longer standing infection but I seriously doubt this is from the condom protected encounter.
