I am still experiencing an OB and it has been a week. This OB is definitely worse than my initial one as there is lots of itching and burning during urination. Is normal for subsequent OB’s to be worse than the initial one and last longer?
That is more unusual, yes, for sure. Are there also sores present? Are you certain it is an outbreak?
Regarding the rashes behind my ears, they have cleared up, but again, still experiencing an OB. Could i give myself OHSV1 by touching my ears and then touching my mouth? I know i am developing antibodies slowly because i an on daily anti-virals so i am really worried about getting OHSV1.
That’s why I asked about having the ear rashes swab tested
I was also experiencing mild abdominal cramps and back pain at the start of my OB. Does this happen during an OB as i was not on my period or ovulating at that time.
That would be unrelated to the HSV infection
Does eating healthy, working out and generally living a healthy lifestyle prevent OB’s? Some swear by this!
It can certainly help to support your immune system, and that’s a factor in the likelihood of recurrences.
