You are absolutely on the right track to get a western blot. The supplemental test at LabCorp, in my opinion, is being overread. I am actually presenting a paper about that at a meeting later this month. Please do not believe the supplemental test at this point. I think there is an excellent chance that your western blot will be negative since you have such a low positive IgG result. You are wise to wait the appropriate amount of time to do the test and if you need my help ordering it, I am definitely here for you
