The IGG test for HSV one Mrs. 30% of infections compared to the Gold standard Western Blot. Your symptoms don’t sound herpetic to me. Warts and herpes present completely differently. I doubt very seriously that someone would get those two things mixed up. I don’t know what might be causing the burning in the buttocks but this does not sound like herpes to me. You should also know that the IgG test Mrs. 8% of HSV two so I can’t provide me with 100% certainty that you don’t have HSV-2 except your symptoms don’t sound like HSV-2
