Note: We thought we should clarify the situation for follow up questions. My partner has hashimotos and I don’t; I have HSV1 and 2 and she doesn’t.
Question: I have HSV1 and HSV2 and have outbreaks in both oral and genital regions. I don’t know which HSV type breaks out in which area. Can my partner get HSV1 or HSV2 by kissing me on the mouth?
