I have reached out to UW and they have given me the instructions. I got my shipping labels from DHL and have emailed UW.

Do you have a clinic in Vancouver that you have worked with in the past? I am not trying to avoid your services – its just that this is already becoming expensive with the shipping and then fees to the UW as well.

I am hopeful the clinic I work with will be able to coordinate the samples.
