There is pretty good agreement between a negative supplemental test and a negative western blot. You could certainly get the western blot for the greatest clarity, however. Doing another IgG test is likely to give you a similar result in the low positive range but you could try it again and if a low positive once more, THEN do the blot. What do you think about that as a plan?
