If your wife is taking an antibiotic for a nasal infection, it is very likely that she has a yeast infection from antibiotic use. Extremely common to happen. If you already have HSV 1 infection, it is extremely unlikely that you would acquire HSV 1 genitally from receiving oral sex that was unprotected.
You could do an HSV 2 antibody test now and see what it says or you could wait for her OB appointment or both.
