I don’t have an actual number for that but it is certainly possible.

Correct, absolutely not.
3) If my last sexual encounter was 10-11 months from receiving the positive result, shouldn’t my IGG levels be higher if it is a real positive?
Yes, one would think so, but not every single time. But most often, it would be much higher
4) Would it helpful to wait a bit and get a test from Quest to confirm? Do they use a different test? How long should I wait?
No, you’ve waiting long enough. Both tests have false positives, Quest and LabCorp. If you want the best test, it is the herpes western blot
