MSM sex 12 one time partners over the last 4 years, 100% condom rolled to penis base usage without failure for both insertive and receptive intercourse, no identifiable lesions present on any partners and I have had no symptoms after sex. I am hyper vigilant for about 2 weeks after sex looking for anything that seems out of the ordinary.

With this additional context could you cover questions 1,3 and 7?

Any appreciable risk?
