I really couldnt’ say what the spots are, but I can tell you that you didn’t get from herpes from someone masturbating your penis. And itchy anus is not a symptom of genital herpes. Sometimes someone with an active lesion can have it show up on the anus and it might itch, however. Also, herpes spots don’t last for months. Something else is going on here. You are on the wrong track if you think this is herpes from a handjob.
