1 – Kindly advise what should be done at present? If the Blisters are fading away, can I still take a SWAB Test??
You can take a swab test at any time, but what you are describing as blisters, I would probably not describe as blisters, the herpes kind anyway. Herpes blisters are fluid filled, they break within a day or two at the most, they are rarely on the head of the penis along.
2 – The country I am presently staying might not have SWAB test facility available, I have to check, What can be done if no SWAB Test available?
I don’t think that is essential for your diagnosis, as these do not sound like herpes blisters to me.
3 – If it is confirmed as HSV 1, Can I have unprotected sex when no outbreak? I am getting married next months with a different person and looking forward to have kids.
If you do have genital HSV 1 infection, it can be transmitted through intercourse, though that is quite unlikely, but possible.
4 – If Its confirmed HSV 1 how can I stay without outbreaks appearing, and are there chances of Cold sores arising?
If you have genital HSV 1 but no cold sores, then it is unlikely that you will subsequently get cold sores in the future.
But what you have doesn’t sound like HSV 1 to me, honestly. The likelihood that you would receive oral sex and have no symptoms of HSV 1 until 5-6 months later is incredibly tiny. Look up candida balanitis and see if the pictures look like what you are describing to me.
