I think your risk in this situation is very low, especially since she reports no history of cold sores. And condoms reduce transmission of HSV from women to men by about 65% so even if she had it genitally, the risk was also low for you.
If you haven’t had any symptoms in 2 weeks, I think it would be quite safe to have sex with your regular partner. This isn’t a promise obviously, just an educated guess.
