I cannot help you know what these results mean because there is a 50-50 chance that the HSV 2 is a false positive result.
We do not have transmission rates based on symptomatic or asymptomatic.
If you are infected, the transmission rate is about 4% per year, half that with antiviral meds, 65% less with them using a condom.
If indeed you are infected, which I doubt, you just need to tell them that you have genital HSV 2.
Get a confirmatory blot, then we can talk more if you are positive
