I’ve tested positive for HSV 1 and 2 on many occasions. Blood anti-body test each time.
Though I’ve only broken out in sores once.
I thought Herpes has prodrome symptoms that don’t always turn into blisters. May be only a rash.
So the first outbreak was completely odd if it was Herpes? so perhaps something else? Another virus. The gynecologist I saw at the time of outbreak examined it. And did swab and blood tests and said it was Herpes so that’s the basis of my assumption.
My general care dr suspected it was an anomalous case of shingles showing up in a wierd place. Perhaps triggered with Herpes. I also have tested positive for shingked as well. Not sure about that but I will go see them again. Do more blood work.
But yeah seemed odd for Herpes. As far as I’ve read.
So another Virus it seems.
I’ve been viewing it as a virus though I don’t understand how it’s working. Or which strains.
So perhaps Herpes Hsv1 and 2 in particular is not the core problem?
Viruses seem to be quite the ever growing field of study. Perhaps I shall submit myself to science.
Thank you for your response.
