Thank you so much for your response. So if I have only had one cold sore and it was while I was very sick with Covid. Is it safe to say that I shed the virus less than 25 percent?

Should I be more concerned with sexual relationships and less about daily interactions?

I know this is a very common infection. I would just like to reduce my transmission as much as I can. Do I need to be worried every time something touches my lips or if I touch them then touch something?
