Yes, I have a whole list of people with false positive HSV 1 results
My stats were Igg, 2.55 or 2.5
Can i assume that i don’t know FORSURE that i have it because the tests can be unreliable?

But you could have it – half the US population has it. A herpes western blot would clarify this for you. Given how worried you are about this, I would suggest that you pursue western blot testing. I have this, my husband has this, two of my three daughters have this, it is just very common. And it is definitely not transmitted with hugs – it is transmitted by kissing and by giving other people oral sex.
I really hope you don’t tell me anything that is worse than i am feeling now because i feel awful…so please choose your words carefully haha. Thankyou! 😀
