1. I still have anxiety about having ghsv1. This could be somatic, but I have this strange feeling around my anus (the location where the red bump was). The closest way I can describe it, it feels like a tingle or something crawling under my skin. It isn’t constant, but comes and goes. I keep checking but I don’t see anything.

No, not unless there is some chance someone you had sex with has HSV 2

We we’ve discussed here that would be highly unusual.I can see that you don’t really believe that you don’t have HSV 1 genitally so the only way to know is to continue to have swab testing done of the area to be more certain. A western blot will pick up your oral infection and it won’t help you really.
