I understand that you’re concerned about infecting your baby but the situation that you described as a zero risk for transmission. Absolutely no risk of transmission. Handwashing rapidly destroys any virus around. The virus is surrounded by a fat layer or lipid layer. The purpose of soap is to destroy the lipid layer and washing your hands three times would definitely take care of that.
