The risk from receiving oral sex from someone is HSV one, not HSV two.
If you give oral sex to someone who has HSV two infection, there is a small risk that you could acquire it in your mouth. In answer to your question no, I have never seen someone get HSV-2 infection from receiving oral sex. I don’t know if other experts have but I have not. HSV two, when located in the oral area, is rarely shed.
