I think it is very likely if you did not have HSV to prior to this encounter that, you did not get it from the encounter. I would hesitate to encourage you to do any more testing due to the high false positive rate of the IgG test for herpes. Nothing that you have described here has me concerned that you acquired herpes from this encounter and the encounter itself had very limited risk for the acquisition of herpes.
