You say that you’re worried about HSV, and it’s in your head, and you can’t get it out, but you don’t want to be tested to find out if you have it. That doesn’t make sense to me, I have to say.
You can acquire HSV 1 genitally from receiving oral sex and it is possible though less likely, to acquire HSV 2 from genital to genital rubbing.
If you don’t have genital symptoms, that by itself is a good thing.
