If the HSV 2 is accurate, I don’t believe that you contracted it from this encounter – there wasn’t the right kind of contact for transmission. We do the western blot for many people in Canada, but you will need to identify a lab that would draw your blood for the test and you will need to purchase a shipping label that you would send to UW to get them to ship you the kit that you need for the test.
