You can get the western blot in Canada, yes. You can contact the University of Washington about this but basically, you need to buy a shipping label and send it to them so they can send you the Western blot kit. Then you need to find someone to draw your blood in Canada and spin it down so it can be sent back to the University of Washington. You will need a provider order and I am happy to help you with that after we have an online visit. Or you can find a provider in Canada that might order that for you.
